This page explains what we collect when you complete the Cardinal Life assessment and how that information is used.

Information you give us

When you submit the assessment we collect your first name, last name, phone number, email address and your answers to the questions. We use this only to review your situation and contact you about Cardinal Life insurance and wealth planning. Your submission is delivered to our internal lead system.

Advertising measurement

We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. When measurement is active, your browser and our server send Meta a record that a page was viewed or that the assessment was completed, along with the page address, your browser type, your IP address and Meta’s own advertising cookie identifiers. Meta uses this for advertising measurement and optimisation of our campaigns.

We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta. Visitors located in regions where prior consent is required for this kind of tracking — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — are not tracked at all, and no advertising cookies are set for them.

Your choices

You can limit or opt out of ad personalisation in your Meta account settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To ask us to delete the information you submitted, email us through cardinallife.ca.
